The ISC Forum

The ISC Forum was an event introduced by the Scientific Council to the Triennial General Assembly meeting schedule at the 17th General Assembly in Paris. It proved such a success that it has been adopted as a regular practice.

The ISC Forum gathers all ISCs in one venue.  Each ISC will be allocated a table and will ensure that members of their ISC are available to meet and greet any ICOMOS members interested in learning more about the work of the ISC and how to join.

This is a great opportunity for ICOMOS members new and old to meet and discuss specialist interests.  For more information on the range of ISCs and their purpose see http://www.icomos.org/en/network/international-scientific-committees/list-of-international-scientific-committees

The ISC Forum in Delhi will be held on the 13th December between 6-9 pm at the Foyer of the India Habitat Centre.

Come and join us – whether you are an Expert Member who looks forward to meeting colleagues in person and sharing news of the work you have been doing  or a young professional who has been wondering how to get involved or even an ICOMOS member who has not had time to get more involved until now- this is an opportunity to learn more about the technical work of ICOMOS.

ISC Presidents will ensure that committee members have been rostered to populate their ISC table and will bring along samples of work from their committee and/or promotional material. This is an important information sharing and promotional opportunity for ISCs.
